We love to run ‘Wellness Weeks’ comprising of a drop in drop out style of events with no set daily routine. You can do as much or as little of what you want when you want, it‘s all about relaxing and reconnecting with the mind, body and soul. Check out our example menu below and our dates on the right.

Classes with Mara are an exploration of deepest states of being throught a perfect combination of Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Integral, Raja Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage. Challenging but fun and creative, down to earth attitude and a perfect mixture of sweat and serenity.
In addition we provide Spa Treatments, Deep Tissue Massages, and Indian Head Massage along with many other treatments in our newly built Spa & Sauna.
